Are your collections mystery boxes?

No. Every collection is carefully curated around a specific theme, and the contents shown in the product listing represent what you will receive. While minor substitutions may occasionally be necessary, the overall aesthetic and value of the collection will always remain true to its theme.

Do your collections include patterns?

Unless stated otherwise, patterns are sold separately. Each collection is designed to inspire a wide variety of knitting and crochet projects, allowing you to choose the pattern that best suits your style.

Can I knit or crochet with your yarn?

Absolutely! Our collections are suitable for both knitters and crocheters. Each product page includes yarn specifications to help you plan your project.

Will there be more story chapters?

Yes. Every collection introduces a protagonist and begins their journey. Future chapters, collections and pattern releases will continue to expand the AtelierNoirx world.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At present, we ship within the UK only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within the processing time shown at checkout. Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Can I return my order?
